Successfully pursue and engage prospects within target accounts through outbound calling activities
Generate pipeline by follow-up on leads/inquiries from Pay-related marketing campaigns; qualify and convert those into sales-ready opportunities
Contribute to demand creation through educating prospective buyers on relevant industry trends, pain points, and how Birchstreet Systems Pay solution can help address those
Create email outreach cadences for various personas to help move prospects through the buying cycle
Nurture prospects/customers by providing relevant materials and resources at different stages of buyer's journey
Capture all relevant customer information and activity in SFDC to ensure effective buyer hand off to the AEs
Ensure positive buyer experience through a timely response to the inquiries
Develop strong knowledge of the hospitality industry; leverage internal SMEs to gain firm understanding of the product, unique differentiators and value creation for the customer
Ensure data integrity for the assigned target accounts and contacts in Salesforce.com
Develop strong relationship with Account Executives
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in business development/customer service roles
Experience with CRM system (Salesforce.com) is strongly preferred
