Commercial Roofing Sales Representative – Immediate Opening
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Representative to join our commercial roofing division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in steep-slope and low-slope roofing systems, and who has successfully worked with multi-family properties and commercial contracts. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals with professionalism and confidence.
Identify and secure new commercial roofing opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Develop tailored sales presentations for property managers, general contractors, and government agencies, highlighting relevant project experience and solutions.
Assess client pain points and offer high-value solutions from our full suite of commercial roofing services.
Manage the full sales cycle, including bid preparation, contract negotiation, and post-sale client care.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in multi-family and public sector segments.
Proven success in commercial roofing sales, with specific experience in steep-slope and low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, shingles, etc.).
Familiarity with multi-family housing projects and navigating government procurement processes (e.g., RFPs, public bidding).
Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans, scopes of work, and job specifications.
