The Exterior Company (TEC) is expanding our in-home sales team in Connecticut! We’re looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to connect homeowners with TEC’s premium services—primarily roofing, and occasionally siding and gutters.

What You'll Do:

    • Attend Pre-Set Appointments: No cold calling—meet with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest.
    • Conduct In-Home Consultations: Perform roof inspections and deliver tailored product presentations.
    • Present Solutions: Use our digital tools to share customized packages, pricing, and financing options.
    • Close Sales: Help homeowners invest in their property and earn top-tier commissions in the process.

    • Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 bonus paid out in addition to training pay plus additional monthly bonuses and fuel reimbursement

Who You Are:

    • A confident, motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
    • Driven by results and financial success
    • Comfortable with in-home consultations and physical tasks (ladder climbing, attic/crawlspace inspection)
    • Available for afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments
    • Equipped with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Qualifications:

    • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including ladder climbing and small-space entry.
    • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.
