Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative for Swave, you will play a crucial role by directly engaging with homeowners by going door-to-door to promote and sell our solar energy systems and home security products. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are motivated and looking to join a growing company in a dynamic industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Education: Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and home security, our products and services, and available incentives.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver informative sales presentations to potential customers and close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or the Service industry is preferred.\

Compensation:
- Commission only, based on performance
- $70,000-$120,000 Annual 1st year average income. $150,000+ for top performers
- Uncapped Commissions
