Sales Representative

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In this role, you will set the standard for operational excellence by overseeing every aspect of our store's daily functions. From managing opening and closing procedures to ensuring an organized and welcoming environment, you will lead your team through clearly defined sales targets and efficient inventory management. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, while continuously monitoring sales performance to guarantee both exceptional customer service and achievement of business objectives. Your proactive approach to problem-solving, deep understanding of car audio systems, and commitment to operational efficiency will not only drive individual team success but also fortify AUDIO VISION's reputation as a leader in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of car audio systems, installation processes, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with finance companies
• Customer service skills
• Efficient problem-solving skills
• Ability to sell car audio products and services
• Ability to use CRM and track leads

At least 5 years of sales or management experience is preferred but not required.
