Job Description Ready to build a career where hard work turns into high income? Join the Allstar Home Services team as a Storm Sales Representative where you'll help homeowners improve or restore their properties after storms or general wear - and get paid exceptionally well to do it.

You'll meet face-to-face with homeowners, guide them through inspections, insurance claims (when applicable), and help them select the right solutions to protect or upgrade their homes. Whether you're a natural communicator or just getting started, we'll train you, support you, and make sure you're working with a team that's there for you every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform exterior home inspections (roofing, siding, etc.)
  • Identify potential issues from storm damage or aging materials
  • Educate homeowners about their options and the restoration process
  • Assist with insurance claims when applicable (we'll show you how)
  • Help clients select materials and solutions
  • Close deals and oversee projects from start to finish
  • Manage leads and follow up to build your customer base

What We're Looking For

  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and hungry to grow
  • Willing to travel throughout the Midwest during storm season
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • No experience required - we'll teach you everything
