Job Title: Water Quality Sales Representative

We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Water Quality Sales Representative to help grow our reach and deliver clean water solutions across our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home water testing and consultations
- Educate homeowners on water quality issues and recommend tailored treatment solutions (e.g., softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis)
- Present, quote, and close equipment sales with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads provided by the office, marketing efforts, or self-generated referrals
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Coordinate with service and installation teams for seamless customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth goals
- Represent the company professionally in homes, events, and community engagements
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (in-home sales, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic technical aptitude for understanding water testing and treatment solutions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
