Job Description
We are hiring experienced and motivated Roofing Advisors for a full-time, independent contractor (1099) position. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in face-to-face communication, skilled in consultative sales, and eager to control their income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners
- Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Generate and present estimates using company tools
- Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Coordinate project handoffs with internal operations and production teams
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homeowner appointments
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital estimating and CRM tools
- Independent, self-driven, and organized
- Bilingual preferred, but not required

Schedule
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturdays (flexible)
- You control your hours — appointments scheduled based on availability
Note: This is a 1099 contractor position. Must be Florida-based and able to travel locally for appointments.
