OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: 

  • Maintaining builder relationships.
  • Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns.
  • Maintain all aspects of customer PO's.
  • Participate in local builder events to maintain and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Walk houses to ensure the customer is being provided a quality product.
  • Attend customer meetings.
  • Be aware of competition within your customers subdivisions.
  • Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete.
  • Locate and provide information on potential new builders.

THE SALES REP REPORTS TO THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Owner of the Company
  • CEO of the Company
  • President of the Company
  • VP of Sales
